September Tribe Member of the Month! Congratulations Judy Mahaney!

Judy has been a part of the warrior program for three years!

Before joining warrior Judy would walk around her neighborhood and occasionally step on the treadmill. Joining warrior was a huge step for Judy, and one that she is so glad she took!

Judy has seen numerous health benefits since joining the program!

Her cholesterol and blood pressure have gone down, she has better mobility skills, she's physically fit and she feels so much more confident!

Judy can now fully enjoy her 5 grandchildren who are under the age of six. “I wanted to be able to run with them, play with them and enjoy life with them.”
 
Judy is excited she has maintained her weight as she says she has never maintained for this long before!
Judy would like to thank her family, coaches and friends in the program who have kept her on the right track and supported her healthy lifestyle change.
